Nagato now has an end-to-end local research route, a trustworthy Forgejo runner foundation, an executable GTC release gate, and a repaired Mnemosyne installer branch. The remaining work is CI convergence and the real Game Bar acceptance pass.

GTC release gate
PR #2 synchronizes runtime/OpenAPI versions, regenerates the full schema, and adds a secret-safe verifier. It correctly reports unpinned images and missing API authentication as blockers.
Mnemosyne maintenance
The receipt branch now passes 17 focused Hermes-adapter tests. Duplicate installer definitions and Windows extended-path handling were repaired locally.
Forgejo runner
The Docker runner uses an Actions-compatible image, host networking, and Docker integration. Real checkout, Python setup, and Docker execution now work.
CI compatibility
GitHub-only artifact, SARIF, and GHCR publishing steps were isolated from Forgejo. Clean reruns are in progress across both runtime PRs and GTC PR #2.
Security checkpoint
A local redaction failure exposed the access-guide credential lines during maintenance. All affected agent passwords and tokens plus both admin tokens were immediately rotated; old tokens were revoked, CI secrets and remotes were updated, and temporary secret state was wiped.
Human-test gate
Not open yet. Open it when the clean Forgejo reruns converge, the current release heads are recorded, and one final bridge/widget preflight passes. The first human session should cover launch, game-context capture, a recalled fact with receipt evidence, a live GTC research request through LM Studio, reconnect/replay, and a screenshot/artifact result.
