Nagato route

Default model: tencent/hy3:free through Nous Portal. The pinned Mnemosyne adapter emitted the canonical receipt and removed its synthetic acceptance memory afterward.

Isolation held

Personal and Nagato Hermes homes, environments, and Mnemosyne database roots are distinct, non-linked paths with no overlapping database files.

Rollback remains ready

The old monolithic runtime, previous Mnemosyne adapter, launch definitions, task exports, and database backups are retained. A non-mutating restore-package rehearsal revalidated every item; nothing old was deleted.
