Checkpoint 008 · R5 conditional · R6 fail-closed

Candidate chosen.
Cutover held safely.

Mnemosyne is the strongest Nagato candidate, but the live active-use proof needs both restored Featherless service and a canonical memory-injection trace receipt. Nothing live has been switched.

100/100

Mnemosyne 3.10.1

Passed all nine hardened adoption gates: negative relevance, correction, profile and game isolation, restart persistence, provenance, trusted-receipt portability, and deterministic decision change.

Conditional: upstream Windows suite and Hermes installer are not release-green.

Live proof blockers

The exact Nagato shadow initialized Mnemosyne, preserved strict shared-Valkey reservation, and reached Featherless. The baseline request was rejected with HTTP 403 because the subscription reports overdue payment—before inference and before memory seeding. Zero successful completions and zero GTC calls occurred.

The hardened proof also refuses to infer memory use from an answer change. The Nagato runtime must emit a canonical run-bound receipt binding the injected memory ID and hash to that run; the current trace API does not yet expose it.

Maintenance-window approval

The package includes preflight, fresh online-backup requirements, exact pointer checks, acceptance order, and data-preserving rollback. It is prepared but not authorized.

Next safe actions: add the downstream trace receipt, restore Featherless service, rerun the two-call disposable proof, then schedule the maintenance window. Generated 25 July 2026.
